We’re excited to announce that AI Studio projects can now be shared across accounts and organizations using Snapshots.
This was one of the top-voted requests on the Ideas Board, and it is now available in the platform.
What’s improved?
Previously, AI Studio projects could only be cloned from one account to another. Sharing multiple projects across accounts or organizations was a tedious, manual process.
With this update, users can now:
Create snapshots of any account that includes multiple AI Studio projects
Copy and share AI Studio projects across other accounts
Build templated AI Studio projects to speed up onboarding for new accounts
Reuse and share existing AI Studio setups more efficiently
How to use it:
Go to the Dashboard
Navigate to Account Snapshots from the sidebar
Click Create New Snapshot
Select the account and AI Studio projects you want to save in the snapshot
Save the snapshot and either import it or create a new account using it
This update should make it much easier to scale AI Studio workflows and onboard new users faster.
