Updated WhatsApp Per-Message Pricing (Effective July 2026)

We are updating per-message pricing for WhatsApp template messages, effective with your July 2026 billing. These changes reflect updates to Meta's underlying per-message rates.
> Service conversations remain FREE in all markets. Most markets see no change.
Rate updates
  • Italy (Marketing):
     $0.0726 → $0.0835
  • Saudi Arabia (Marketing):
     $0.0478 → $0.0526
  • Spain (Marketing):
     $0.0646 → $0.0742
  • United Kingdom (Marketing):
     $0.0555 → $0.0667
  • Pakistan (Utility):
     $0.0057 → $0.0105
  • Turkey (Utility):
     $0.0056 → $0.0009 (down more than 80%)
New named markets
Six markets now have dedicated rates instead of billing under a regional "Rest of" rate:
  • Hong Kong:
     Marketing $0.0769, Utility $0.0273 (previously Rest of Asia Pacific)
  • Singapore:
     Marketing $0.0769, Utility $0.0168 (previously Rest of Asia Pacific)
  • Hungary:
     Marketing $0.0903, Utility $0.0368 (previously Rest of Central & Eastern Europe)
  • Poland:
     Marketing $0.0384, Utility $0.0128 (previously Rest of Central & Eastern Europe)
  • Romania:
     Marketing $0.0903, Utility $0.0305 (previously Rest of Central & Eastern Europe)
  • Qatar:

> Highlight: Poland Marketing drops 57% vs the old regional rate. Hong Kong, Singapore, Hungary, Romania, and Qatar see higher Utility rates than their previous regional bucket.

  • Why are prices changing?
     Meta periodically updates its per-message rates by market. Our pricing follows Meta's rate card.
  • Does this affect Service conversations?
     No. Replies within the 24-hour customer service window remain free in all markets.
  • Does this affect my WhatsApp subscription fee?
     No. This only affects per-message charges for Marketing and Utility template messages.
